Hi Everyone:

Mary and Andy finally have their house on the market!
It’s true, we’re selling the house, and it’s actually happening. Andy and I are ready for
a smaller house and yard. The real estate market is sizzling hot here in Sacramento, so
things will be moving fast over the next few weeks. Stay tuned!

Meanwhile, you can check out the photos and video tour of the house that our agent,
Samantha Tov at Portfolio Real Estate (916-947-4312; samantha@PortfolioRE.com),
has put online. The house has never looked so good, and if Andy and I were not
so sure we want a smaller house, we’d be tempted to stay here. Ah well.
